Terms for using the Garry's Games site, the Garry's Mod server network, and any account-linked features tied to the community.

Using the servers

Garry's Games is a community server network. By joining the servers or using the site, you agree to follow our rules, staff decisions, and any server-specific restrictions we put in place.

We can suspend, restrict, wipe, reset, or remove access to the servers, the site, or any account-linked features at any time if we need to. That includes rule breaks, abuse, cheating, security issues, ban evasion, or anything else that harms the server or the people on it.

What we store

Steam account identifiers, display names, and account IDs
IP addresses, last online timestamps, and basic connection/server records
Progression, stats, inventory, suites, settings, achievements, and in-game currency
Casino balances, trade logs, punishment records, and server chat or admin logs
Staff login details from Discord if you use the staff/admin area on this site

Why we keep it

To run the servers and keep progression, items, suites, and account features working
To handle moderation, punishments, appeals, staff actions, and security issues
To keep server lists, player counts, and network systems working properly
To investigate abuse, cheating, fraud, griefing, or attacks against the network

Discord staff login

The Discord login on this site is for staff access only. If you use it, we may receive your Discord ID, username, avatar, and email through Discord OAuth so we can check roles and decide what pages you are allowed to see.

Public players do not need to use Discord login just to browse the main site.

Rules and moderation

You must follow server rules, staff instructions, and any posted policy pages or help guides. Do not cheat, exploit, evade punishments, harass people, attack the servers, or abuse bugs, alts, or third-party tools.

Virtual items, points, currency, suites, and rewards are part of the server experience only. They have no cash value and can be changed, removed, reset, or rebalanced at any time.

Changes

We can update these terms, the rules, the site, or the servers whenever we need to. By continuing to use Garry's Games after changes go live, you are accepting the updated version.
